To cancel an order:
To cancel an order you must inform us within 10 minutes of placing the order, you can call us on +917898371779 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your order will be cancelled, and the money will be refunded to you within 24 working hours after order cancellation request (for prepaid orders). Order cannot be cancelled after 10 mins of placing an order.
We strive to provide great customer experience each time you shop with us. If at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please let us know and we will take the best possible measures to resolve the issue. Customer can call us on +91 7898371779 or mail us at email@example.com within 30mins after receiving the order. Order cannot be returned after 30 mins of delivering the order.
Refund being made:
> For pre-paid orders, the complete amount will be returned back to your FresChops’ Wallet or bank account.
> For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, the complete amount will be returned back to your FresChops’ Wallet only.
FresChops Bar reserves the right to cancel any order if it suspects any fraudulent transaction or
breaches in the terms and conditions of using the website.’
